How do I cancel my subscription?
Email hello@kodibase.co with your account email and we will cancel your subscription immediately. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Is KodiBase available outside Kenya?
KodiBase is currently built for Kenyan landlords where tenants pay via M-Pesa. East African expansion is on the roadmap.
My tenant is having trouble with the portal — what should I do?
The most common issue is an expired or wrong portal link. From your dashboard, you can regenerate the portal link for any tenant and share the new one. If the problem continues, email us with details.
