Can landlords send announcements to all tenants?

Yes. Landlords can send announcements to all tenants through the announcement board and email channels. On Pro and Max plans, automated SMS and email reminders also go out around each tenant rent due date.

Do tenants need accounts?

No. Tenants use a private portal link in any browser. They do not need to download an app or remember a password.
