Which plan is right for me?

Starter covers up to 15 units and all core features. Pro adds automation and analytics for growing portfolios. Max is for operators managing 40-100 units who need PDF exports and priority support.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I reach my unit cap?

You can't add new units beyond your plan's cap. Upgrade to the next tier to expand. Your existing data is never deleted.

Does my plan renew automatically?

Yes. KodiBase subscriptions renew automatically each month or year using the card on file. You can update payment details or cancel from Settings > Plan > Manage Billing.

What payment methods are accepted?

KodiBase subscriptions are paid by card through Paystack. Tenant rent collection can still use M-Pesa.
